There are slumlords, and then there are slumlords.  Inductees to the Hall of Fame can be global, posthumous, and/or retired.  The only criteria that needs to be met is that their tenure as a slumlord has to have made thousands to millions of working class lives more difficult.  If you make it to this list, please know your “career” has been a collective loss for people all over the globe.
