Badge Guide

  • "Anger Issues" - Slumlord is verbally abusive, harassing, or controlling.
  • "Wreck-It Ralph" - Slumlord does not respond to or handle maintenance needs.
  • "Thermostat Bandit" - Slumlord does not provide adequate heating or A/C.
  • "Better Hail Dale" - Slumlord has units with pest infestations.
  • "Collapse" - Slumlord's buildings have had severe structural issues.
  • "You Missed a Spot" - Slumlord has been known to withhold security desposits.
  • "Serial Evictor" - Slumlord has demonstrated frequent and repeated evictions.
