Judith “Judy” R. Faulkner is best known as the founder & CEO of Epic Healthcare Systems, a massive privately-owned healthcare data company located southwest of Madison in Verona, WI.

Judy is the slumlord of one of the largest slums in the area: the Epic Campus.  For those not familiar, Epic’s sprawling campus is less of a place of work, but more of a deranged amusement park with slides, castles, movie references, replicas, treehouses, and fantasy statues.  The Epic Campus is a bloated, childish consequence of the United States’ lack of an adequate healthcare system.  By hoarding 78% of all patient medical data in the U.S., Judy has been allowed to design a sick fantasy world where fresh college graduates get worked until they burn out, with the end goal of having a complete monopoly on the world’s healthcare data.

Her company’s influence on the surrounding area has also created an enormous increase in housing prices and cost of living. Gentrified, “luxury” apartments have been steadily being built, advertising quick transportation and catering specifically to Epic employees.  Judy Faulkner has single-handedly raised the cost of living for residents of Verona and Madison, and essentially has been given clearance to do so under the guise of job creation.
