Prima Management is a slumlord organization located in Madison/Middleton, WI.  Due to the scope, number, and nature of complaints we received, we are pleased to induct Prima into the Madison Hall of Fame.

• Broken doors, abusive neighbors, shoddy lawn care
• Rude, hostile, chronically absent management
• Extreme amounts of mold left unaddressed until tenant got tenant resources involved
• Basements flooding multiple times, sinks leaking, kitchen flooding, fridge broken (Prima told the tenant it wasn’t an emergency to fix) 
• Mold in kitchen cupboards, in basement, inside the walls
• Siding fell off sides of the units
• Consistently raises rent from year to year with no improvements
• Ignores obligations, enters apartments without notice
• Extremely responsive during touring process; but once the lease is signed- they are nowhere to be found
• Employees of Prima post fake 5 star reviews on Google Reviews to boost their piss-poor ratings
• Staff described as belligerent, hostile
• Provides inadequate amenities and heating
• Antiquated appliances, units in disrepair 
• Prima allegedly damages tenants’ property and denies doing it- snowplows hitting cars, etc.
